NO PROBLEM!
You have 30 days from receipt of the order to change the size free of charge.
*for purchases made from 1 December to 23 December 2022 the days to change the size are extended to 60 days
REMEMBER: the first size change IS FREE , without this resulting in any additional processing costs. You are responsible for the outward and return shipping costs

HOW TO DO?

Download and fill out the PDF form (the format is small, it is not an error, fill it in like this) and insert it inside the package.

Prepare the package with the completed form inside and the ring/rings on which you want to change the size.

REMEMBER: the models must be intact and in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.

REMEMBER: when you send your package, ask the courier for the tracking code to track the shipment, this way you will know when it will be delivered to us. The laboratory is not required to notify the customer when a package is delivered to him.

After receiving the order and evaluating the conditions, your order will be put into processing. Processing times for size changes can extend up to 30 days from the arrival of the package in the laboratory.

Once the processing of your size change has been completed, you will be contacted via email to pay the shipping costs. Accepted payment methods: Paypal or Bank Transfer.

Once the shipping costs have been paid, your order will be sent back.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS


Right of return
 For purchases via the site you can exercise the right of return, without any penalty, within 30 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to: shop@msstore.it .

EXCLUDED from the right of return are personalized models, such as models with initials, names, engravings or models made upon customer request.

Return and Refund
 The return must take place as quickly as possible and in any case no later than 15 days from receipt of the email communicating the desire to withdraw from the purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The refund , excluding shipping costs and any repair costs, will be credited to the person who finalized the order, using the same payment method within 15 days, but not before the return of the purchased product, which must be in the same conditions. conditions in which it was shipped, including packaging and warranty .

For products purchased online, it will still be possible to return them directly to our store in Milan in Via Cesare Correnti 21. The refund will be credited to the person who finalized the order, using the same payment method used online within 15 days.
