JEWELRY GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

Our jewels are finished by hand and may have small imperfections, attributable to the craftsmanship:

DURATION AND TERMS OF THE WARRANTY

With this guarantee, MS Store Srl undertakes to repair or, if it deems it necessary, to replace its products that show defects attributable to manufacturing defects that arise over the course of 12 months from the date of delivery.

The delivery date must be proven by a delivery document issued or by another document (e.g. receipt) which reports the delivery date of the product.

Any repair or replacement of the product does not extend the duration of this warranty which will continue, in any case, until the original 12 months expire. In any case, to enforce the guarantee, the interested party must report the defect in writing to the seller within two months from the date of discovery, under penalty of forfeiture. Once the 12-month period of duration of this Conventional Manufacturer's Warranty has elapsed, any repair and/or replacement intervention will be the responsibility of the Consumer.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty will not apply:

• if the defect is not attributable to manufacturing defects of the goods;

• if the defect is not reported within 2 months from the date on which it was discovered;

• if the receipt/receipt or other document showing the date of purchase is not shown;

• if the non-compliance arises from one of the following causes: for transport damage; for improper, negligent or otherwise non-compliant use;

• for all damages resulting from fortuitous and unforeseeable events not attributable to MS Store Srl

This guarantee must be understood as a conventional guarantee pursuant to art. 133 of the Legislative Decree. 6 September 2005 n. 206 (so-called Consumer Code).
